I was tagged by the wonderful Sincerely, a Book Nerd to do this tag.
She gave me ten books that I have to describe using GIFs. Words are allowed, but the GIF should do most of the talking.
Then, I will nominate another blogger to respond to my list of ten books.
So here we go!
.Since Max could not pass up the opportunity to use GIFs, she helped me with the list. All of the titles in purple are Max's answers and the ones in pink are mine, Tessa's.
1. Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta
2. The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan
3. Fallen by Lauren Kate
4. It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini
I have not read this one yet, but I am assuming that it will be kind of a funny story.
7. Maximum Ride by James Patterson
8. Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay
( I don't know, I just wasn't the biggest fan of this book)

ReplyDeleteGee!
You are welcome! I cannot wait to see your answers!
DeleteLOL I love ur gif reaction to Throne of Glass. That's exactly what I was doing when I finished Heir of Fire.
ReplyDeleteAlex @ The Book's Buzz
Thanks! I think the fireworks perfectly described all of the happiness that was exploding inside of me after I finished it.
Delete-Jellicoe Road - YES A TOTAL CRYING BOOK. So, so, so beautifully written. I'm glad you seem? to have enjoyed it hahaha.
ReplyDelete-Fallen - Hahahahahahahahhahahahah YES that is the perfect reaction. If you wanted to read Fallen because of the concept, someone recommended My Name Is Memory to me as an alternate. If you're interested :).
-Throne of Glass - Huzzah to the fireworks and the dancing! This series is amazing, and this gif perfectly describes my excitement for her upcoming book, ACOTAR. I've seen so many bloggers super excited about it/ loving it, and I read the first four chapter excerpt and I can myself using that gif for it too. Go Sarah J. Maas!
-Sea of Tranquility - The Batman gif is so perfect for this book! I liked it, but like you, I wasn't a huge fan. I was sort of wondering hmmmm, why, how.
Thanks for the recommendation. I will have to try it because it cannot be worse than Fallen, right?
DeleteI am SO EXCITED for more books from Sarah J. Maas. I am sure Court of Thorns and Roses is going to be as good the the Throne of Glass series.

LOL, I love your honesty.
I don't use GIFs in my reviews, but I do pepper my other posts with them from time to time. Sam, Dean & Cas are an inexausistible source of them!
I do not use GIFs in my reviews either, but I think they are great to put in less serious posts. And there always seems to be a perfect GIF for everything!
